Wave Creations -  END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT<br/><br/><br/>
This End User License Agreement is made by Wave Creations ("Developer").<br/><br/>
Wave Creations have developed and licenses to his clients its skin marketed under the name Nevo (the "Skin").<br/><br/>
1. License.<br/>
Wave Creations hereby grants to Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Skin as set forth in this Agreement.<br/><br/>
2. Restrictions.<br/>
End user shall not copy, duplicate, reproduce, license or sublicense the Skin, or transfer or convey the Skin or any right in the Skin to anyone else without the prior written consent of Wave Creations;provided that one may make a copy of the Skin for backup or archival purposes.<br/><br/>

3.Imagery<br/>
Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images only as a part of the website you build using the Skin. You can use imagery to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.<br/><br/>

4. Alterations<br/>
You are authorised to make any necessary modification(s) to the Skin to fit your purposes.<br/><br/>

5. Ownership<br/>
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership on the Skin, modified or unmodified.<br/><br/>

6. Limitation of Liability.<br/>
Wave Creations shall not be responsible for, and shall not pay, any amount of incidental, consequential or other indirect damages, whether based on lost revenue or otherwise.<br/><br/>
